Leor Pomeranc, MBA
Leor’s passion for real estate started in university, having successfully flipped several properties during his studies.
Prior to co-founding Miléo Developments, Leor was a Project Manager for a number of multi-unit residential construction projects in the North Shore region of Montreal. His knowledge of Montreal’s real estate market is profound, having worked both as a framing carpenter, in large commercial condo development, as well as a real estate broker since 2010. This experience has proven invaluable to his career as a successful developer.
Leor holds an MBA from McGill University as well as a Carpentry diploma from École des Métiers de la Construction de Montréal.
Born into a real estate family, Michael has always been fascinated by the process of transforming a vacant land into vibrant homes and living spaces.
In 1960, his grandfather Lipot immigrated to Montreal with his wife and two children, and founded a successful construction company; passing the legacy down to his father, Jack, and eventually to Michael.
With over 20 years in the family business, Michael has extensive experience in the construction and management of multi-unit dwellings. In 2014, he co-founded Miléo Developments, specializing in luxury multi-unit construction in the North Shore region of Montreal.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
